Refund policy

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY


1. Returns

  • Return-window: Valid for 10 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Condition of goods: Items must be unworn, unwashed, untampered, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Unboxing video: A continuous, unedited video of the parcel being opened is mandatory to validate any return request.

  • Exclusions: Branded products are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

  • Shipping back to us: Customer must ship the item to our warehouse via a trackable courier service at their own expense and share the tracking details with Customer Care.


2. Damages & Wrong Product Delivery

  • Evidence required: An unboxing video taken immediately on receipt of the parcel is compulsory.

  • Priority handling: Once verified, we will refund or replace the product within 3–6 business days.

  • Refund method: Local bank transfer.

  • Replacement timeline: Dispatched within 3–6 business days after approval.


3. Exchanges

  • Eligibility period: Requests must be made within the same 10-day window as returns.

  • Product condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and tagged.

  • Process: Customer ships the original item back to our warehouse (trackable courier, at customer’s cost). After our Quality Control team approves the item, we will:

    1. Issue a store credit or place a new order for the requested size/style, or

    2. Proceed with a refund via local bank transfer (see section 4).


4. Refunds

  • Processing time: Approved refunds are initiated within 3–6 business days.

  • Mode: Local bank transfer to the account details provided by the customer.

  • Shipping fees: Original and return-shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item).


5. Important Notice (Before You Purchase)

  1. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these policies in full.

  2. No return, exchange, or refund will be accepted without a valid unboxing video.

  3. Branded products are excluded from all return, exchange, and refund options.
